Tried to book online. The website malfunctioned, told me the booking hadn't gone though, but they took the money anyway. There was no confirmation email. Refused to give me a refund or discuss it, sent me an email saying they considered the matter close. I'll never hire them again.

Arrived early to pick up a van, it was ready and friendly staff sorted through the booking in process.

Arrived back within minutes of closing time and again friendly staff booked us back in.

Was greeted and looked after by a very, very nice lady! Promptly served, professionally shown hired van and fully taken through my reservation. Was looked after just as well when I dropped off - even though the office was full of customers!! Will be back for sure. Thanks - much appreciated.

Terrible customer service, was told we could be picked up from the train station then weren't because 'the roads were closed' though a taxi had no problem taking us to our pre booked car. As a result told we could be dropped back which didn't happen because the day our car returned there was only one person working, so we had to get another taxi.

Interrupted, rude, failed to apologise and we could not get ahold of them at all for an entire day during business hours as no one would pick up the phone.

However, the car was very clean and what we needed. The pricing was reasonable as well, though it's not worth it.
