Listed as South Beach Bar on Google but it is Beached Whale. Great food and drinks, nice setting on the beach. Only open when a cruise ship is in.

An extension of the Margarittaville which is convenient if you are at the more southern, less crowded beach. Service is island time slow. They didn't actually have buckets for the beer, but did let us keep coming back to collect each round which was nice though less convenient. A bit pricey though you are right on the beach.
