Not only is this gym great for Boxing, it's a great place to strength train or just do some cardio. I've had nothing but great experiences with their friendly and knowledgeable trainers and staff members are attentive and nice without being annoying. Also, this place is immaculately clean, it's not crowded at all and the showers are absolutely heavenly. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.

教練好，場地好，但老闆對長期客人在價錢優惠上，一點兒彈性都沒有。所以，不推薦。
