The worst rental experience I have ever had.
We rented a car to be picked up from 2pm, got there and the shop was closed for siesta, not opening until the evening. We had only rented it for the evening so we had to rent a different car for twice the price from the other side of town.
Cancelled the reservation immediately, and asked for a refund. They ignored us. The lady in the shop told me to call support, support told us to email Europcar and Europcar didn't reply our emails.
Why would they accept a reservation for a time when they were going to be closed for siesta? And why would they not call us to tell us to come earlier? And why would they refuse a refund and ignore our attempts to contact them?
We were scammed. Shameless money grab. Avoid at all costs.

Pocas facilidades, mala atención al cliente, sobrecostes
Y no hay transparencia me parece muy mal servicio.

Profesionalidad y buenos precios... deberían añadir a su plantilla apoyo, ya que a mi parecer una persona sola carece de tiempo para gestionarlo todo.
