The owners/managers are misogynistic opportunists. The food is boring and expensive, and the waitresses poorly treated and over-worked. Skip this one; there are much better options down the road.

Was a very nice experience at Java, with friendly professional staff and a menu with tons of variety, this is definitely a must try. As a bonus, their cheesecake is absolutely huge! Not for the faint of heart

Java is a go-to for good food, wine and a lovely atmosphere. With affordable food of high quality, a good meal is guaranteed. A fantastic all-round restaurant, serving from delicious breakfasts to a wide variety of lunches and dinners, with something for everyone's taste.

I had a milkshake as a drink, that was very delicious.
The lamb-racks as a main were burnt at some spots and had too much fat in between the layers of pure meat. The french fries were not crispy. The vegetables were flavoured excellently . As a dessert the Carrot-cake was too dry and the Fondant around the cake was just too much. the whole cake tasted like sugar.
The waiter was very confused, brought two chocolate cakes instead of chocolate cheese cakes. We took one and ordered another chocolate cheese cake, he came back with a pure cheese cake. In the end, it was just funny.
To say something positive at the end, the cappucino is amazing.

Trendy, modern & deliciously freshly made food. Recommend their honey and sesame wrap. Music isn't too loud so you can actually hear your fellow food lovers chat. Can get quite busy, reservations are a great idea. On the pricey side for most students, but worth every penny.
