I've used the Smove service more than 20 times. Its easy and convenient, though I wish they had more granular booking slots (i.e. 4hrs, 5hrs, etc) with different pricing.

Flexibility, Convenient & Reliable.
Up to individual user to take care of the car.
Some new car had already bad damage & engine problem but overall its still usable. Just hope that renter take a good care of the car.

Very new cars, attriage and prius aqua. Horuly rental rates are alright, however the petrol charged for usage is at 10km/L. So assuming you drive 300km, you'll be charged an additional 30L of petrol on your bill.

Great car rental experience. Really like the fact that we can rent cars on per hourly basis. Would prefer an hour increase from the base price of $50 (for 3 hr min) rather than a direct increase to 4-6 hours (additional $40 more). Overall, good experience when I used it for the first time, with easy access to the car using ez link.
