The staff is really friendly and helpful. The price in comparison to the location and the quality is really good. The Crane, one of the main Gdansk attractions, is 3 minutes walking.

Nice hotel, breakfast could be much better, the room was nice although the bed were not that great. The staff were really good and friendly, great location.

Friendly and helpful stuff, great English on the front desk. Rooms is ok, but for the money they are great.

This place is really nice. Very close to Zuraw (Crane) and Old Town. Good accomodation, nice personel and breakfast included is big plus of this place. And the price per day is cool. No parking and lot of stairs is a little minus.

Service and equipment was outstanding. Personnel was extremely helpful and kind. This place proofs that sometimes it is really not worth killing yourself over hotel just because it is called hotel (but you will need to ask for iron separately, sometimes no coffee is available in room) but go for such alternative. Clean and really very well located. Great staff! And our price was very good at that time.
Maybe our bed could have been a bit more comfortable but not sure if it is not us - we prefer hard mattresses and this one was rather soft.
