5 - star everything!

Stayed here last week with my friends and the Hotel has this ongoing staycation promo. It allows you to have special discounts on spa services and in their restaurants bundled with the room. At first I was hesitant but the experience itself was a big WOW. The people and the facilities can compete with those 5-star hotels. From the Staff at the lobby, the restaurants, room cleaning up to the security, they made my stay perfect and I was treated as a VIP. The room is complete with what to expect in a 5-star setup. Though they dont have a minibar, room service is always available. Dining on the restaurants is a bliss. Kudos to all of you, worth every peso spent!

Lavish rooms! Perfect for staycation and business travels. Staff accommodation is perfect.

Pool area almost always crowded. Hope they can fix it, but overall it's AWESOME.

we love our stay, excellent hotel,clean and organize, comfortable and it got all we need to take rest.budget friendly. my husband like our stay here for a first time visit.

I'm not sure why this place gets such high reviews. Definitely not deserving of them in my opinion. Had a two night stay here and while I did not hate it, the experience was awful to say the least.

Room was quite small even by Philippine standards and had a very musty/stale odor. Lighting in the room was also poor. Even with all lights on, it was still rather dark. Door was very thin or hollow allowing for a lot of the hallway noises to enter the room. My particular room was down the hall and around the corner from the elevator, yet I still heard the incessant 'dinging' from the elevator when it would stop on my floor.

In addition, on both mornings of my stay, workers from the hotel started doing some maintenance or cleaning in the hall and stairwell around 5:40am. Talking loudly and banging their equipment. Totally disregarding the guests who might actually wish to be sleeping at that hour.

The internet Wi-Fi, while appreciated, was excruciatingly slow. Typically taking 3 to 5 minutes to just to load the Google homepage. Nearly useless for doing any sort of legitimate work.

The only relatively redeeming quality was the breakfast buffet. Food selection was large and tasty, and had a variety of options to cater to most people in my opinion.

However, the breakfast alone is not enough to make up for the many shortcomings of this hotel. I would never consider to stay here again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone else.
