The cinema is priced higher than other cinema houses. The interior looks good but the experience is just the same. There is ticket and food booth at the entrance near an arcade area. The food is also overpriced just like in other cinema's so make sure to just buy your food outside.

Gateway Cinemas are good but they lack comfort rooms inside the cinemas. For older persons, who have some bladder problems like myself, going out of the cinema to frequently urinate at a toilet of some walking distance, is way too inconvenient.

Gateway is conveniently located. MRT and LRT are just around the corner. It is ideal for having a quick bite, seeing a movie and doing your shopping at nearby SM. The shops at Gateway are too pricey for my taste.

Gateway's cinemas are aging a bit, so they don't quite have the luster that they used to have. Also, the projection just isn't as bright as it could be. But it's still one of the better cinemas in Metro Manila. The ratio between the size of the screens and the size of the theaters is pretty good. The seats are comfortable and the sound is generally better than average.

Their Atmos theater is the largest in the country, and it's great, apart from a single flaw: the footlights on the stairs cast a glow on the screen, marring the otherwise excellent projection. I wish they would find a way to address that.
