The staff was very accommodating & the price is really affordable. They offer free breakfast & free hot water as a room service. AC works great if you're fond of having it directly aligned with your head while sleeping, but in our case, no, but still it works fine. Tip, sleep on the other side so it will cool your feet xD. The room has a tv, a temperature-controlled shower and a wide window with a nice view. Underneath are carparking areas availabe upon reservation. For amenities, It has a small but very lovely pool with temperture-controlled water because we went for a swim while its cold and they willingly assisst us but It has a seperate fee of 200 pesos and a discount of 20% for checked-in guests which is still an affordable price ,you just have to talk to the management. Nice place, I recommend it for events because it has a wide open area with a restobar and pool by the side.

This is by far the most disgusting "hotel" I've ever been to!
I really don't know how this place can still be operated!
Cockroaches everywhere (during one night we've seen 6), dirty bedsheets with hairs and yellow spots, the ac made me sick for 6 days and the meals are low quality and taste really bad.
Please do not support this hotel!

The accommodation was fine. We stayed at a much nicer similar place in Manila which included breakfast, but this one was cheap and took us with no reservation. It was somewhere to sleep, though not too close to the ferries.
