Fantastic spar with all your sauna, jacuzzi and cold spring needs. The grotto is great and has private access directly to the sea to cool off. Great stay and lovely facilities.

Good a la carte food. Nice room and facility. The spa is awesome and very helpful employees

The Hotel has a nice view and the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and everything is really something that can give you a great experience here in Larvik. But and it is a big BUT , this is the most embarrassing hotel in Norway and I travel a little around. We asked for a booking on this hotel and everything was good, nice girl told us the price and we booked two rooms. We told them that we would be late in. When we came in we where surprised that they suddenly doubled the price, told us the price was for one room. I am asking my self if you do a booking and now that you will have two rooms, when you ask specifically for the total price before you give the credit card number to the girl who book you, who thinks that you are looking for the price per room. Nope they do something inn this hotel that you might experience in countries in low cost countries, and it is embarrassing for me as a Norwegian to see it. If you like to stay here, do not book over phone, agree the price in reception. I will also check my credit card to see that the amount agreed now will be the last, almost afraid that I gave the credit card information.

A feeling of exclusivity and quality gives the hotel my five stars. The spa is great, as long as it is not too crowded, then it can become a bit less relaxing because of loud chitchat and all the people constantly moving around. We had a regular room, but it was still very large and of very high quality. Good package deals with spa and dinners. Would recommend for a relaxing weekend.
