Worst experience, no point booking here to save a few pounds. No room service, nothing provided: no iron, no hairdryers. Anything you ask for gets rejected. Staff are rude and incompetent. They dont provide towels for the pool and do not allow you take the ones for your room. Honestly would never suggest anyone to come here. Breakfast was old croissaints and cold coffee, no variety. Teletext said there was a gym but there hasnt been one here for years. DONT COME HERE. It is definately not 4 stars.

I booked this hotel for one night for my wife, baby and I, it was through booking website, the price was clear $36 but with taxes it was about $45. first I called to confirm, so the front desk confirmed the reservation, in few min we arrived. I showed him my reservation from my ipad, just making sure to be on same pace about the price and the size of the room, which he confirmed.
the next day when I was checking out, he gave me the bill to pay about $70, I denied it and I showed him the price including taxes and fees supposed to be $45. the manager showed up and i realized that they are on same page and they insisted that I pay $70, I was very frustrated and disappointed because I could have booked better hotel than theirs for $70. I tried to use my visa they wouldnt accept it, what business is this????????
it is shame, it is not my first time booking on expedia or priceline...etc so I felt got ripped off.
so make sure you know what are you dealing with.
