Hotel has two entrances. There's one that's convenient for cars and within walking distance of the train station, and one in the pedestrian only area. Great location

Very clean, very good location. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast has an abundance of options which were very tasty.

I loved this hotel. The service was very professional and curteous, the room was beautiful, spacious and very clean, and for the price that we paid, I thought it was very reasonable. I wish that I could have stayed two days here - because it was worth the cost. We paid 70 Euro for one day's stay here, and the accommodation was terrific. The bed was very, very comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious and inviting.

I very much would recommond staying here - but the only problem I had with it was the location. It's not exactly near the train station, not in the nicest part of La Spezia, and you have to walk up a couple of very steep hills to get to the establishment. However, it's worth it once you are there. The night before I'd stayed at a "cheap" residence, which was only 15 euro less, and hardly even compares to the style and elegance that this hotel held.

If you have to stay somewhere in town - stay here! By all means! I would definitely recommend this place above others.

Not the easiest walk from the station however the hotel Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and bathroom large but a little dated - although everything worked perfectly well. A little impersonal compared to other hotels on our trip.

Nice, new. But no sound proofing. You will hear ever door closing, every conversation. And forget showering if you weigh more than 190 pounds. Our shower was a tiny square. Beds are hard. But pretty standard for most of the beds we stayed in during this trip.
