I stayed there for 3 days. Nice little hotel with pretty good size room for italy standards and the price was below my expectations. The breakfast is included but don't expect any big but is OK. Although I didn't need it because the weather was nice, it doesn't seems to have AC (I might be wrong) but if that's the case it could be a little hot in July or August.
