Everything OK but not enough signs for accurate location (correct location building B floor 3)

Big scam. Do not rent here. Delivered the car back with full tank, guy from Europcar said every was ok but didn't want to give us a written confirmation. Later we get a bill for not filling the tank + "service costs". We asked for a receipt from the gas station where they filled the tank with the amount they claim or other evidence but they couldn't give it. No way coming through customer service though, so we never saw our money back. Just don't go here and save yourself from being scammed afterwards.

First of all, we had to wait 45 minutes to get the keys to our car, then they provided us with a smaller car than what we had ordered. The car had a huge scratch and the trunk was way too small to accommodate our luggage so we returned to the office to re-request a mid-size car like we had originally ordered. We waited 45 minutes before following up on the car they promised us...they told us it would come in 5 minutes... 20 min later we still didn't have the car. I finally lost my patience when I followed up again and they told me another 5 min. By the end I was being reprimanded by the manager for expecting to have the car we ordered at the time we had requested during peak season. His exact words were "What do you expect, it's a busy weekend in Rome." Completely unacceptable.

After errors on the site it turned out that they rented us a car 3x. Meaning we had 900 euros reserved on our credit card. We never got any confirmation or emails. Costumer service was unavailable. We talked to someone through their site who assured us that they would release our money within 5 days. 1 week later our credit card was still maxed out on their reservations. Costumer service was again unavailable. Anyone we talked to through the site told us to call costumer service. We called 3 different numbers who each disconnected before we spoke with anyone. At fiumicino a very helpfull dick told us again to call costumer service because he couldn't give us the car unless we could pay the deposit by credit card. After a lot of anger we finally got a car and our full tank of gas. And when I full it is of course full according to europcar. This means that it was at least 8 liters empty. We are talking about a tank of 35 liters.
When we returned the car we calmly explained it was just as full as when we got it. The man who checked said this was okay and all we had to do was sign. He said there would be no problems.
Yet here we are with a bill of 36 euros, 18 euros for the 'tank service' and 8 liters for 1.89 euro per liter.
We hereby promise never again to rent a car with a company so hell bent on lying and screwing you over. I hope our review will warn futere people before they even think about using europcar.

Dreadful! Had to wait for an hour and a half in a crowded hot room with no seating. Got given the paper work and then had to wait half an hour for them to bring us our car. Car seems fine but this is the worst rental pick up I've ever experienced by some margin.
