the plus is, this is the nearest hotel to our family's residences. very easy road access and yes, the affordable price! we choose this hotel to stay over every time we visit Kediri. rooms and facilities are so so.. nothing much to adore nor complain, since we realise that its actually worth the funds and yeah..it is 2 stars hotel or so. the spots on the bed, stinky toilet, the ants on the wall, dust everywhere.. those were no big deals for us. until we got a very bad talk attitude from a female staff (that i believe is one of its receptionist) over phone when we called to amend our booking period. we understand that people get a bad day sometimes, but that's still surprised us since she is a hotelier. no hospitality at all. i hope the one named Ms. Ika see this post and read it, so that she won't do the same impolite stuff no more to other guests in the future. if you ask us now, will we come back to this hotel again after this? the answer is NO. gosh, its not right, but this staff's attitude torn our loyalty apart.
