This Hotel is a bunch of crook.. Just waiting for some Murga.....Even a auto wala will take u to this Hotel for commission ....Rooms are Pathetic Condition different from pic....Room Service is also not good...Contains Hidden Charges. they will disclose some charges at Checkout Time.......Stayed During SSB.....Changed next day into adjoining MORYA REGENCY....which is far better than it...They will show you room at negotiating price and tries to get Highest whatever they can get.....MANAGER IS VERY RUDE.......NEVER GO HERE...YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Beds are really bad. They don't even provide clean towels. Some of the hotel staffs are really rude. I will never recommend it to anyone.

i would take this 1 star for the rudeness of the manager.
support staff is very good but both the managers do not have ethics of hospitality industry. the case is
once a custom package was decided inclusive of B/f and everything with manager, while checking out, i was asked to pay 20% tax. I told him we have decided a package inclusive of all how can u ask for tax. He started talking in insulting tone and when i asked for a bill his volume raised to a boss level as if i am his slave which made me shout and show him his place. The bill i got is fake. i rest my case. i often visit Bhopal & stayed at rajhans hotel, will continue to stay there only. 1 client lost is nothing for prestigious chain of hotel banjara as claimed by its manager

Money making idiots. Zero service. Pays half the rent to the auto guy as commission. Absolute scam.. it's better to be on the street. Absolutely horrible. No value for money. His food charges are of 5 start hotels.

Charges money more than it deserves. If you have no option other than this, its better to book this hotel online.
In my case.
He charged me 1800 for the same room which he was giving online in 851 rs with breakfast. Not only this much. He added service charges and luxury charges too.
He also gives cut to the drivers, who brings people to stay at his place.
Being a ssb candidate, didn't know much than.
Watch out.
