They stole my phone and after a month of communicating (& ignoring), still refuse to give it back to me... Even asked for me to offer a price (basically blackmail). The transportation that they offered was mediocre at best and really does not amount to the service/negligence you experience afterwards. Considering reporting to INGUAT as well. Best choose one of the many, many other travel agencies in the vicinity and save yourself a lot of trouble with this untrustworthy company.
