Very disappointed by this hotel. We spend a more or less stay: dirty room, no towel at the swimming pool, problem with the magnetic key for the room (4 times), reservation not recorded. Then, we were accused to do a red wine stain in the room which was there before our arrival. They blocked € 639 on my card without my permission.

very good Atmosphäre with charme, good breakfast, helpful service at all, short distance to Cologne und Düsseldorf, I booked a comfort room

Large rooms, nice and clean, bed is comfortable, excellent steak and the staff all spoke great English and couldn't be more helpful. Good budget option or second choice if you can't get a city centre hotel.

everything okay, rooms, swimmingpool and espially the staff, I will stay in teh next time once again on komfort level

Clean rooms, if a bit dated and worn. Restaurant on the premises was very expensive. However it is close to the town centre (five minute walk away) where there are lots of reasonably priced food outlets.
