A nice caravan site with all the necessary facilities, pool, café and bar etc. It in situated on a rather steep parcel of land though.

Poorly run ,zero star campsite. Closing facilities when they like with badly maintained "luxury" static homes. Management obstructive , abusive and incompetent.

This was the most frustrating and intimidating holiday I have ever had and will never return to your camp as long as I live.

When we arrived at 3 in the afternoon, after a 7 hr drive there was nobody there to let us in. We had to call a French guy who didn't speak english and my French is not brilliant and said nothing but hung up. I called again and explained we were trying to check in. He said nothing again and hung up. Frustrated I tried again, no answer. Some minutes later a guy arrived on a bike and have me a package in the wrong name. I told him my name and he searched and gave me the right package which had my key , my car pass and a map.

The mobile home was supposed to be the PREMIER home. It had no oven, no grill, no toaster, no kettle . The blankets supplied were what I imagine prisoners to have they were dark brown horse hair and smelled disgusting. We bought new ones.
The cutlery was unwashed and some still had egg from the previous customer.
There was no welcome pack. I thought for a premium van and the price paid there could have been a small welcome pack containing at least a bottle of water and a small amount of supplies just in case we needed a coffee or something before we could get to an open shop.
Talking of open shops. We were told in our contract that the shop and restaurant were open from may through to end of September. They all closed two days after we arrived SEP 15th,. To get any supplies or to eat out you had to drive out of the camp as its amenities had apparently closed.
Half way through my stay my car pass stopped working and I was locked out of the park blocking at least 3 cars behind me. Not a big problem but embarrassing.
But the biggest problem of all was the manager JOHNATHAN who, when I complained to him , refused to accept ANY of my criticism of the camp. He point black said no to everything I said even the shop staying open in September he said "end of September" only meant untill the middle of September. He was arrogant and a threatening man. I have never felt so close to violence if I didn't pay the camp fees so I paid in full and I left, as I said NEVER to return.

This camp must open when they advertise, must clean their vans properly and mostly should teach the manager how to deal with customers and go to a customer care school.

Nice site with good facilities but shop & restaurant close too early in September and not enough chairs round pool at busy times.

Bungalow size 6/8 persons. The bungalow was good for six persons although I feel that it would be cramped for eight people.
It would be helpful to have a few toilet rolls provided at the bungalow on arrival.

As our plane was leaving Nice at 2130 hrs, leaving the bungalow at 1000 hrs meant that we had a long time before our flight. We had two young children and that departure time gave us no time to clean the bungalow. We therefore had to pay Euro 40 for cleaning.

We were allowed to stay at the site after 1000hrs and use the pool, etc. which was helpful, but a later check out at (say) 1200 hrs, as with most hotels, would have been better. As check in is at 1700 hrs and the site was not full, some flexibility would have been appreciated.
