One of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel. I travel almost every weekend for work reasons and if you want a nice hotel in Nancy DO NOT GO THERE!!!

beds = uncomfortable
no heat
found some hair on the breakfast buffet..always nice I guess?

the service is absolutely horrible, none of the workers spoke proper french or english and could not even navigate us on the phone on how to get to the hotel or find parking in a CRAZY city, with the tram and the new pedestrians streets you can not circulate by car

all around a HORRIBLE experience...
they did have a candy for the guest in the lobby..that was the only nice thing
