Good hotel...location is also good..Only problem is they dont provide daily cleaning service....

TLDR; wow this is considered a four star hotel in europe? They use pull out sofas for beds, rude staff, no free parking, and dirty rooms. Perhaps europe should revisit their rating standards. Avoid if possible.

First off, getting to this hotel’s location can be difficult. Then even though they offer free parking, it is limited and the staff does not seem to care if it is full. It was full when I arrived and I was basically told it was my problem. I had to pay for street parking and ensure I was covered until the street free period.

While checking in the staff seemed rude, and not welcoming. It was not busy when I arrived so it is unclear to me what the reason may have been. Then there was the parking issue and as previously mentioned they did not seem to care, and they did not offer to cover my parking fees because their parking lot was insufficient.

Then after getting up to the room, I was surprised to find that the double bed I booked was actually just a pull out couch. After closer inspection of the bed, hairs were found on the duvet and the decorative pillows were dirty. Staff did not seem to care.

Very nice hotel situated close to the centre of Caen. Parking places are nicely arranged. The rooms are nice and feature enough to enjoy a holiday. The only thing missing in our double room was another chair so we could play a board game. Everything looks new and made our stay excellent

A nice hotel. You had enough place for making a small meal in the kitchen. The reception was very nice and friendly when we asked for help. Only downside was that the AC was sort of broken, so we couldn't make it warmer, only cooler. When we arrived it was 16 degrees Celsius. But the staff helped of course!

Poor communication. Room service cost extra, but they never tell you that. Did not know that until I asked. Their reservation system does not work correctly. It booked me twice for the same room and they charged me an extra day, which they said would be refunded on two occasions, but never was. I also overheard another guest having booking issues as well. The room was nice though. Has a kitchenette with dishwasher.
