It is in a quite odd location, but bus A2 can take you to Stade D Deschamps which is a 6 minute walk. Museum is well put together, but I feel lack of interaction. You basically walk through it and read everything on your own. The film is informative in French only. Staff is very friendly.

Nice visit but make plans to go when the chocolatiers are working: Avoid lunch hour and Saturday.

Nice historical tour on the making of chocolate sweets. It is a self guided tour but it is possible to see the cooks working if you don't go to late otherwise they will be cleaning (there are also videos displaying each procedure). The tour ends with a never ending chocolate tasting.

The visit isn't particularly practical and specialises in simply presenting the history of making chocolate and the methods used today. However, the visit concludes with a chance for children under 12 to decorate a white chocolate fish - included in the ticket price. There is also a variety of chocolate to try which is expected.

All the information is in French.
About half the information is offered in English and Spanish additionally.

Great place to go with your kids.

Be sure to go there in the morning to watch the maitre chocolatier do their work!
