Wow. You can see this cafe from the balcony of the Airbnb flat where I'm staying. Not knowing what Heimdal is, I recommended a journalist meet me there. He arrived there before me and was wondering what kind of fellow I am, because there is one and only one reason to go to Heimdal: to smoke (and I mean plain old cigarettes). As a lifelong non-smoker and a person completely accustomed to smoke-free environments, I laughed out loud. The last of the older smokers were here, nursing Heinekens. Every table had smokers. Now you know.

I don't know where 'Cafe' comes from in its name, since it's actually a bodega. I've only been there at odd times, with almost no customers, but seemed like a cozy place.
