Altius Insurance have always handled any issues in a prompt and professional manner.

Their prices are very competitive and have always been very helpful when I've made a claim.

I have my car insurance and medical with them and I am very happy with the service to date.

Sent them letter to cancel my insurance 13/8 and at 16/8 they charged me full month. Got letter few months later saying that due to I stopped paying my insurance they cancelled it.

Poor!
People sitting behind desks need to be trained. They destroy all hard work done by insurers who are out bringing customers in and food on the plates of the useless ones.

Since I can remember I had:

3 house insurance
3 fully insured cars
2 apts
3 persons medical

PETROS my insurer perfect. Always helpful, always available. Every time I decide to call the to Nicosia Main office for something, I always end up cancelling an insurance one way or the other.

Because always a lazy sitting no good for nothing useless employ will answer the phone and say
"we call you back in 5"
"we will fax you in 15"

I sit and wait and the 5 or 15 never comes not even in 5 or 15 days, until My insurer will get involved.

I hope that this review is read by someone with authority, who is there to do his job and not cover no ones ass.

I also challenge you to see how many insurance I have left with you and how many I will leave in the future.

To who ever I spoke to today, you are a disgrace to your company (my opinion)
