Nice clean hotel with good location. Loved the breakfast. Takes awhile for the room to cool with the ac. Hot water takes a bit of time. Staff were really nice

After having spent one uncomfortable night at a different hotel, we definitely needed some luxury! We are so happy we found this hotel! It has got different pools and jacuzzis, its own character and flair. The rooms are well-equipped, lovely decorated and charming. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant pretty good.

One of the best places I had stay in Colombia. Price wise service quality. Great we would stay anytime there. The place to stay in Santa Marta.

My wife and I spent a few days at this place and we're happy we did! It's a beautifully kept hotel, the grounds are beautiful , the service is on point and they are super friendly and helpful! They'll make sure you feel at home and help you with anything you ask! Truly great service! The food is amazing! They put a nice twist to all the local flavours! At night there's always people coming to dine at their restaurant! The location is great! It's 3 blocks away from all the fun and the historic center! Will definitely stay here when we stop in Santa Marta next time! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy yourself!

Amazing....after camping in the mountains with our 3 kids ages 8, 6, 2,....my wife was ready for r n r....this place is super Sheek, but the energy is relaxed, not snobby.....most guests didn't have kids, but the hotel tested us like family. I was even sick one day and the maids brought me a tea without me asking.....the rooftop is stellar, breakfast rocks....worth the extra money for the suite if you have kids....thank you....regresamos seguro.
