A great open-air location overlooking the square in Parque Lleras, with late night food on offer. It's on the "quiet" side of the square as far as vehicular traffic goes, and elevated a little above the street.
Despite all of those positives, my experience was mediocre at best:
* The "empanaditas" appetizer was more like croquettas, all four were fish instead of mixed, and tasted like it was made with day-before-yesterday's fish (considering the sushi menu here, very possible).
* The mojito was un-mixed (thick sugar layer at the bottom), smallish, and served without a straw (this is one drink that works better with a straw). I get that mojitos are hard to make well, but considering it was on the featured cocktails list, they weren't even trying.
* Service was brisk at first but then took 30+ minutes to get my bill (despite asking the waiter, and then asking the hostess, who then checked with the waiter at least 2x). It wasn't busy...
The friendly hostess, the live music (one-man "band"), and the setting all combine to pull my rating up from 2-stars to 3-stars, but with the large number of competing venues, many with equivalent or better views, this shouldn't be your first choice.

Best All Around for Greek Food. A good restaurant begins with great customer service and Basilica has it all. I love all Greek food but last night my diet was strict and they prepared a special meal for me. The special salad with grilled chicken was amazing. The owner greets all of his customers when he is in town. Beautiful food, beautiful people and the best customer service I have experienced in a long while.

Slow service. The Pisco Sour was horrible. It was like a glass of water filled with Sugar. The pork ribs were a joke. You can tell the sauce was something that they bought in a big jar. They have really loud music overhead and you need to talk really loud. We asked for a more quiet table so they seated us close to the sidewalk and had the pleasure of dealing with several street vendors during our meal.

I had the ceviche mixo super good. Yes the portions are small but you get quality food for the price. Would come back.
