When I signed up for the 30 day unlimited trial I didn't expect to love yoga as much as I have. I have a very stressful job and yoga has made me so much more relaxed and I can easily "let things go" now - if that makes sense. I feel more present and peaceful, not to mention how good it feels to release so much tension. I feel lighter! I just purchased a 1 year membership and can't wait to see my progress over the next 12 months!

Hot Yoga Peterborough is Peterborough's sweet spot. Your quick fix to a bad day or the perfect end to a good one. The classes are varied so you can always find what you need and the teachers are amazing! You will leave better than however you arrived.

I've been a member at Hot Yoga Peterborough for over 2 years and have grown tremendously as a yogi over that time (and continue to grow!). The atmosphere is welcoming and there are classes and instruction for every level of yogi. HYP is like my second home and I love being part of the HYP family!

Hot Yoga Peterborough is one of my favourite places to be! I've gained so much confidence since I started attending that I am now currently in their YTT program and I have upgraded my life in ways I couldn't have imagined! So welcoming and seriously the best yoga studio in the world!!!

I love Hot Yoga Peterborough for many reasons. First of all, I am so grateful to the owner, Laura for leading such a wonderful teacher training that allowed me to reach so many personal goals. Laura is fabulous and the program allowed me to grow so much professionally and personally. I love taking the time to develop my own practice at the studio as well. The studio is warm, loving and the classes are run so well with great sequencing. I wish I lived closer to go all the time!
