The staff are super friendly and care so much about their patients! They really go above and beyond to make sure the kitties are comfortable.

i told them my cat has been having liquidy poops and it sugests i bring it in to get check up and some meds cost aprx $200. doesn't even recommend any different food or anything.. they just care about the money.

Cats are well taken care of! Don't be afraid to stop by for your cat or for babysitting cuz its very cheap and they do take good care of your loved pets.

My poor Kiki had terrible hair mats due to stress. They were causing her so much pain. I was desperate and the Bytown Cat Hospital was able to accommodate me, providing professional and timely service. The groomer at the clinic was able to remove everything with a lion clip and my little girl seems so much happier and more comfortable. I really appreciate the job well done. Thank you!

Great staff and awesome doctors! Dr. Popovic the super Thoreau and very down-to-earth. The staff and the doctor both follow-up to make sure that everything's okay with your with a phone call follow up after the appointment. What was really special is I had to come with one carrier and they offered to give me a second one so that I can have a safe ride home with the cats.
