Had acupressure massage, the man smelled of cigarettes and only used the sweat of his hands (no lotion!). All I could smell was cigarette and I left smelling of him as well. Not the place to go for a massage.

I'm not really a pedicure kind of guy, but I tried this place, as my toes were getting a little... Well, anyway... I had an amazing experience, I was treated like a king, and it was done very well.

I look forward to making this an often thing :)

Went in for mani pedi earlier today and I loved it. Careful time and attention was paid to me and overall was very happy. Nice atmosphere and pleasant people working!

Would recommend to a friend.

The spa owner decided to provide the treatment I had booked - even though she had previously stated that only one girl on staff was qualified to do that treatment, and that that girl had since resigned. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. She cut the treatment time SIGNIFICANTLY. She made no effort and essentially waved her hands above my head and tugged at my hair. She overcharged me. Then, she was quite dishonest when explaining all of this. The spa looks nice, and had good reviews, but from my experience, I assume it must be under new management - or that the people providing the services that we rated highly have since left. Save your hard-earned money for honest, hard-working people.

I loved the facial treatment! Such a great personalized experience. The spa is beautifully decorated, very lovely! I highly recommend this spa in downtown Ottawa to anybody looking for relaxing spa experience or anti-aging treatments.
