First went for hair apt with Rocio, she gives you exactly what you ask for, which is exactly what you want when getting a hair cut. Went back for a mani pedi and Karine (I think that was her name, I hope!) did an excellent job and was very friendly and kind, an excellent person to chat with. Joseph was there too and is very customer service oriented. I think he wants to make sure everyone has a positive experience. He was very proactive. Looking forward to my next visit.
