Great service, great location. Food was excellent. A/V system always to work flawlessly. Only issue is not knowing whether we need to pay for parking until we get in as there are no signs that day whether professional events are covered. (overnight guests and restaurant guest signs are present)

Beautiful hotel. Very nice rooms. Excellent and accommodating staff. Very top-level and professional hotel close to all of the downtown Waterloo amenities. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a weekend getaway. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again in the future.

Excellent amenities, great and courteous from desk staff. Didn't like the self parking fee which is ridiculous but oh well. Would stay here again if same rate or better.

Location was close to up town and a grocery store, other restaurants. Easy access to public transportation. Hotel bar had great cocktails and $5 happy hour beers!!!! Hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds were comfy. Small fridge available for your using with bottled water provided daily. Overall was a great stay and would go back!!

Enjoyed the clean, modern rooms. Good location. Overall service at the reception and the restaurant was good except for one server who has quite the attitude.

We ordered coffee to go with our buffet breakfast before we even sat down. 30 minutes later, still no coffee so we followed up with one of the staff, who said she was not our server, she can't bring it for us and we would have to wait for the other girl to bring it to our table. We were also told that coffee takes a while to brew. Thank you for letting us know it takes over 25 minutes for you to brew coffee.

It's most likely that we will return to this hotel, but will now be asking for a table served by someone else, not her.
