I felt the customer service was poor when I had a concern. My meal was fine but my son did not enjoy his meal. When I expressed my concern the only compensation the manager offered was not to charge us for the food he did not eat. My son has eaten here before but found the quality lacking this evening . He hardly ate anything. Finally they offered a small discount but we still paid $28.76 for his dinner and $109 for our evening (2 people). This was sadly disappointing . Despite a $5 coupon to return I will not come back . In their focus to collect $109 they lost a customer. This would have been so easy to remedy with a true understanding of customer service.

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch and we were both cramping and feeling sick the rest of the day and it was the only thing we had eaten that day since we skipped breakfast to have room for sushi and we felt too sick to eat anything for the rest of the day. We pretty much paid to feel sick. Also the prices are pretty expensive.

Peach set is so good. Hit’s the spot. Love the decor of this restaurant. Staff was polite and efficient at getting our orders through and needs met. First place that comes to mind when you want sushi in Guelph.

Nice place inside but we had to ask 4 times for napkins and then only got 2. Table was wet and dirty when the hostess sat us down, she did nothing about it, thus we cleaned it ourselves with napkins and then had none. the biggest kicker is they are a restaurant but do not accept MasterCard or American Express at all, we were only told this once we went to pay with those cards. I said it should be on the door and they said it was but it really is not.
If you want a dozen types of sushi and some other good offerings for $19.99 all you can eat lunch it's good but bring your own napkins and be prepared to pay with debit card

Good place. Waiters sometimes don't bring orders or it is not prepared, so we have to re-order. They have a all you can eat for two hours, but don't expect much because it takes time to get your food, around 10 min wait. Food is good, though. Sometimes we have a hard time communicating with waiters. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. For me, 4 stars would me something close to a favorite, 5 is perfect in almost every aspect.
