The Studio is awesome, the classes Great - Bikram is wonderful

But this studio has only very limited class schedule - very few evening classes which make it difficult to attend on a regular basis. I guess the scchedule is great if you are a work from home or strictly local member, if you commute or work out of town - good luck. Maybe think about supplementing with Moksha!

I just started practicing Bikram yoga 6 weeks ago and I can honestly say that walking into the Bikram Yoga Guelph studio is the best part of my day. The warm scents, soft music and lighting are immediately relaxing. Tom the owner is great, addressing me by name from the very first day. All of the instructors have their own unique style which keeps it interesting when you go frequently and excellent packages make membership very affordable. Highly recommend!

I love the people that go there because they are so friendly and welcoming. The teachers are very informative in their delivery and they are always there after class to answer your questions with a smile. The studio itself is breathtaking. Highly Recommended!

The studio is gorgeous, warm and inviting. The teachers each have a different style, but they all push you to do better than you thought you would.

I feel amazing after every class! 2 years ago I joined this studio and have been going there all the time. Teachers are so inspiring and the studio has a very warm feel and look. If you are looking for an activity to make you fit and get rid of stress - I strongly recommend you Bikram Yoga Guelph. It changed my life! Sweat out the stress - it is so worth it!
