Blackstone Saunas Edmonton

We bought a sauna kit from Blackstone to use with a built-in sauna that I was constructing at home. Andy at their Edmonton store was very helpful and eager to ensure that we were fully satisfied. Joe at their Vancouver office was also helpful with technical questions. The only criticism I have is that two of the panels that came with the kit were quite dark in colour while the other three were quite light. I had expected better colour matching, and possibly could have gotten it, but didn't ask as I wasn't prepared to wait. I would give Blackstone 4.5 stars. John

Very disappointed with Blackstone Saunas. When I ordered my sauna the specs on the internet said it was 60 inches wide. I confirmed this with the salesman because there was only 60.5 inches of space where I wanted to put it. He said it was 60 inches wide. I asked to make sure to inform the company when ordering that it could not be over 60 inches. When I received it 3 months later I found out that it was 62 inches wide when I tried to build it. They told me that I can not return an opened package and it was never on the order that it had to be 60 inches. Blackstone sauna management refused to return my calls and still have not even offered me any type of compensation.

Purchased a sauna and massage chair from them after researching heavily for the last couple of years. I couldn't be happier with my decision. The sauna is awesome but the massage chair is out of this world. I tested all the chairs at the last Edmonton home show and the Irest chair by Blackstone Sauans was head and shoulders above the competition and was priced much better. I love the chair so much I might buy one for my parents! I would recommend Blackstone Saunas to anyone who might be interested in saunas or massage chairs.
