Good old school gym teaching Western boxing and Pradal Seray(Khmer Boxing). Pradal Seray is similar to Thai Boxing using kicks, knees and elbows. Casual lesson is $6. Paddy Carson was featured on the History Channel Series "The Human Weapon".There is no air conditioning or anything like that. If you like a 'Rocky" gym this is the place for you.You will be sure to lose weight training here.
