New name, it's now called Sundance. The street banner is a coca cola banner, not like the one posted here, but everything else is the same. If you look up to the third floor level there's still an old California 2 sign.

$22 for a third floor room, aircon and hot water. All clean and newly renovated. I don't know what the older rooms cost. Staff is nice, room is safe (and has a safe), free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, a free beer between 5 and 7. There are cheaper options nearby, but I like this place. Good staff.

Good location, good prices and staff friendly. Rooms are not the best but good for price and clean. Good pizza place next door. Value for money.

The food is great, the staff is friendly (wink wink Sitha), room are affordable, clean and comfortable. The owner, Jim, will be great with hints and tips. Don't miss out on the opportunity to take a look at some of his pictures from throughout Cambodia he's taken since...many years!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in PP. Of all the places I have stayed I had yet to find a place that did not have serious problems without dropping a wad of cash. This is THE place to stay in PP on the riverside
