Hotel Thimphu Tower

Spent three nights at Thimphu Towers, even got upgraded to a corner room overlooking the Clock Tower Square the last two nights. Delightful breeze through the windows, overlooking the mountains and the morning sunrise. The owner, Tshering Wangmo, kindly invited me to share a cup of tea with her in the lobby after a busy day. This was my second trip to Bhutan and I will certainly stay here again when I return next year.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Tshering, the owner, runs a tight ship ensuring the staff provide the highest level of customer care. And it shows. The staff are courteous, knowledable and excellent - they accommodate your demands with a smile. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is also one of the few environmentally conscious hotels in Thimphu. Located in the heart of Thimphu, it is accessible to shops and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel if you want a place that is clean and reasonably priced. No other place compares.

Good hotel in good position with good views. Staffs are humble and cooperative. Charges are moderate.
