I needed to print a passport photo, and the owner/employee was very rude and told me that he couldn't do it because he didn't want to use the printer only for a photo. But at the same time he told me that the photo could have been printed in black&white (something I could not use). After that he told me he had a machine to print passport photos, but at least 7 of them and in maximum quality (something I did not need). I agreed because I really needed to have my passport photo, and when I sent it to him by mail he told me that the photo was not a valid passport photo because I was smiling and I needed to take a new photo (something he was then willing to do with gis camera). Of course, when he told me that I left. Never go there!

On vous annonce 15 jours de délais pour des tirages noir & blanc classiques.
Apres 3 semaines d'attente sans nouvelles, je me suis rendu sur place, on m'annonce alors 3 semaines de plus.
J'ai finalement pu récupéré mes négatifs après 3 mois d'attente!!!
Aucune excuse formulée. Des réponses absurdes dans vendeur dépourvu de bon sens.
fuyez l'endroit!!!
