First started at CrossFit here doing free partner WODs on Sundays last year, I was hooked after a month and left my globo gym. Totally changed my life, I'm fitter, leaner and stronger due to the coaching methods and program. CFW is a complete community, friendly atmosphere, great coaches.

Excellent coaches who have a vested interest in everyone who attends their classes. WODs are personalised for individual ability and the coaches will you know you by name after your first session. The welcoming environment makes working out easy for people of any ability.
