Awesome service, Caz and the team are always smiling and professional. I wasn't sure if Pilates would work for me being a bloke and all. I have quickly found that it does and I'm so much better for it. Do yourself a favour - try it out fellas and ladies of course !

I have been attending Bodiline Pilates Studio in Port Macquarie for the past three years. From the very first moment, I felt the studio had the right atmosphere - warm and professional staff, a variety of up-to-date equipment and an excellent timetable that offers something for everyone.

The mat and equipment classes are excellent, with a strong focus on traditional Pilates, that is very hard to find outside metropolitan areas.

Caz and her staff have extensive knowledge and experience in Pilates, and can cater for people at all levels. I highly recommend Bodiline, and believe it's a great place to meet like-minded people and it definitely contributes to maintaining good well-being and overall health.
