The WORST experience. DON'T GO THERE. I was in town for a few days and needed nails done. Have had sns nails done heaps of times before at other nail salons in various places. This place was dreadful. Lady on front desk was pushy cranky, rude to my daughter and smelt like an ashtray. They had no nail cards so you could see the actual colour. Lady stated numerous times that the colour you get is exactly the same as the powder colour. Having had sns before I thought that couldn't be true but this was a different brand so I accepted her word. Sure enough the pinkish purple tuned into a dark cranberry - just awful. The actual job itself was patchy with some smudges, only 2 dips in the powder and I was ushered out due to the next appointment before it was properly dry - possibly because I expressed my annoyance about the colour. Told the lady at the desk I wasn't happy and she stated "oh well you can get a different colour in about 3 weeks". If I didn't have to be at an urgent appointment right after I would have stood around and made a big deal of it and refused to pay. AVOID THIS PLACE. Not professional and also VERY DIRTY.

I think the girls do a fab job. Have always been very happy with the result.

Very disappointing. Towels were filthy and not changed between clients, the floor was a graveyard of discarded fake nails and nail dust. Whole place was dirty I felt I had to rush home and clean up afterwards. The mani and pedi I had were a very half hearted job. I could have done a neater job of painting my own nails and I would have put more than one coat of colour. No cuticle oil applied at the end.

I have been going to nail passion on and off for about 4 years. The staff have always been very polite and accomodating. I recently switched from gel nails to the new S N S system and i am so happy with them they are the bomb. I find the prices comparable to most others in the market place but i love going to this salon its friendly and relaxing and my nails always look fantastic in fact i'm going in today for an infill .thanks ladies and gents for doing such a great job
