I can’t believe I’m even giving these guys a star. This is RIDICULOUS. I pre-booked to have them pick my Mum up to go to Wyong station so she can catch the train to work. I called them and they said that all that they could do was prioritise it. On top of that, their customer service sucks.

Booked in advance. 4.20 am taxi. Just didn’t show up until it was way too late. Can’t believe I gave them one star.

Great service this evening though it was late on a Sunday evening. Operator was efficient. Driver was terrific - punctual and friendly. Chatted throughout the journey and appreciative of the small tip
I gave. No negatives at all. Thanks central coast taxis. You certainly get a thumbs up this evening.

Mmmmm..... Get an uber if you can.
I was really disappointed, I waited for 30mins when I had pre booked. I was actually really annoyed.
My driver however was lovely and apologetic for making me wait.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I have never waited less than 45 minutes for a Central Coast Taxi, even when it's booked in advance. Today I waited over an hour before I actually gave up and called to cancel. The operators gave no indication of wait times, and did not apologize for the delay. Drivers have taken bizarre detours, "forgot" to turn on meters, and almost crashed into parked cars. This service absolutely needs to improve, it's completely unreliable and absolutely abysmal.
