The rooms are a bit old, the maids are loud and disrespectful. Reception on the other hand works perfectly well.

Nice and close to Grandvalira ski resort. Spa is worth every penny soo relaxing !!

Bad relation price/quality. It is a high cost hotel, but the rooms are very poorly maintain. I went with my familiy in winter, and the air conditioning was on and could not be turned off, so it was very cold on one side of the room. There was a massive water leak in the shower, so the bathroom and part of the room was flooded. I

The meals that were offered in the restaurant were very simply/cheap, served in big, good looking plates, but poor.

If prices was lowered 80% or more it would be a place to take into account, if not, please don´t go unless you want to waste your money.
