It was during the day when I visited so it was quiet but the girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I had some food while I was there and it was good

Went to rocky horror event tonight. The person at the door took our money at the function room door. It then turned out that the place was clearly over-full and we had to leave. No refund was given at the door and after complaining the bar manageres claimed that the event had nothing to do with them and she also did not provide a refund. The person taking the money did not keep track of the number of people entering.
The staff should keep track of numbers at events for health and safety reasons and management are responsible for their premises if anything that happens.
There were 5 peoplein our group - we request a full refund.

We were there on a Friday night. It was pretty fun, but don't expect much people until may be one pm. Bartenders had no wait line system at all, they serve whatever they v feel like it. I like it they are always free entrance, cloth check available for 2 pounds per item in basement, not too bad.
