Food came out warm the pea were cold the plates were hotter than the food. Only had bottle pesei. And waited 30 min for it and had to ask for sauce there was none on display. And by what I could tell only two people work here that were rush around bless them

Very disappointed. Staff are very attentive and restaurant is clean but my medium steak was more rare and it was chewy. It looked appetising when it arrived, but food tasted if it had been hanging about and was only warm. Don't think I will give it a second chance.

Every time we go here. Excellent welcome food and service brilliant. 2 for 1 menus one of my favourite places to dine with a family gathering great atmosphere. Garden and play areas for children. Free car parking

We went in for Sunday lunch, it was my 1st occasion for this. We were seated straight away as it was not too busy. The waitress staff were very attentive and polite. Our Sunday lunch came after about 10 minutes and all was well. There was plenty of everything plus we had extra gravy at no extra cost, unlike some places of have unfortunately eaten at.
The problem came with the extras ordered, 'Pigs in Blankets'. All I can describe them as is 'Horrendous' they smell was enough to put you off, I bit into one and I almost vomited! I called the waitress over to see the offending items and offered her a taste, after smelling them she refused! They were taken back to the kitchen and immediately taken off the menu for the day so thankfully no body else would have to try them.
Apart from that small part the rest of the meal was very nice and extremely tasty, especially the gravy. I will return but will also steer clear from the 'Pigs in Blankets' next time.

This place is absolutely horrendous . From the outside it looks ok but do not be fooled. It is over run with smelly children , the horrible kind not even nice ones , ones with no manners and no parents controlling them. One even was walking around wearing just a nappy. The toilets are dirty and nobody cleans the tables. The waitresses are nice and polite but the bar staff are the rudest I've ever come across. When I walked up to the bar all the staff walked off leaving one. He said to me while I was ordering food "carry on I am listening to you" then repeated my order back to me all totally wrong. Clearly not listening to me. The manager walked over and shouted at two of her staff in front of us , it's no wonder they all look like they work in a concentration camp if this is how they are treated by their managers. Customer service should come from the top and there is clearly a distinct lack of appreciation for young , overworked staff members .
