Good quality food for a reasonable price. We have steak, tuna, squid and mushrooms every time we go and have been secretly watching Jorge cooking to work out how it all tastes so good. We think his secret is in the way he cooks on the griddle without oil. All the products come from the local market and the wine is amazing. I recommend you try his special Paris Hilton 'patatas bravas' with a nice glass of Cuarton red wine.
