This is am amazing place with the fusion cuisune, where the whole experience is like a a wonderful jorney through the dishes and tastes. The menu is spectacular, service is awesome and the place is stunning. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a new chic food experience.

One of the best meals of my life!
Entrevins received our last-minute reservation for 16 (!), accommodated us, prepared a careful, exceptional fixed menu (including vegan and vegetarian options), and provided unmatched service and atmosphere. The food and the wine are exceptional -- perfectly paired and carefully selected.
I wish I could give them 10 stars! A truly wonderful restaurant.

Best food and wine in Valencia. Went to try a few cups of wine and stayed there the whole evening. The owner showed us some local wines, each one more delicious than the next, with an explanation of the wine and the region. The tapas are of the highest quality anywhere you'll find. Truly a great way to spend an evening.
