I love this place. Spent a whole month living here, the staff was great. They helped me arrange the accommodation last minute and extended my stay without any hassle. Everyone went above and beyond when it came to making my stay a pleasant one. Any questions were answered, the staff washed my clothes free of charge. The room was clean and pleasant. Every time I'm in Malaga, I make it a point to stay for at least a night. One of my favorite casual lodging options in town!

I must admit i was disappointed with my stay in Elcano. The reception staff was very rude and refused to adress any problem. They are also incapable of holding a basic conversation in English.
The bed in the room was broken, there was a plastic box used to balance the bed instead of the broken bed leg. When i noticed the staff about this, they acted like the situation is normal.
Also, when a friend visited for 20 min, i was charged for a one night staying and the reception staff refused to check the security camera to see when the person left.

Hotel staff was amazing, even though the lady who allotted us the room didn't knew how to speak English she understood what we wanted.
Very cozy place.
Near to the beach.
A minute walk from the bus stop going towards the city centre.
Would recommend for people who want to stay in silent area.
