I would rate it higher, because the usual quality of Hard Rock Cafes are there. What makes this one annoying is how busy it is, coupled with a disinterest from the staff greeting you. I stood at the entrance for a few minutes, the hostess just ignored me completely, eventually greeting and reassuring the couple that came after us. When we tried to get her attention, she just made herself look busy. If you walk in to the bar area and ask for help, they say you can only be seated from the front. Back to square one. Disappointing from a Hard Rock which didn't seem to "love all serve all". As a loyal Hard Rock customer i definately felt cheated. The Rock store was good though with good service, which gives back one star to this rating

The restaurant is awesome, staff are friendly and food is good. This is a worthwhile visit when you are in Madrid and if Hard Rock is your place to visit.

Service was great but fajitas were pretty bland. Mac and Cheese with chicken was good though. Shake for desert was a complete rip off at 5 euro (very small and very watery). Other desert with caramel ice cream and brownie was much better.

The Java Lava Burger and the Gunness burger was absolutely amazing! Would 100% recommend to a friend! Our waitress, Vicky, was awesome! Happy friendly funny and give a real buzz to the place.

Went there for a quick refreshing beverage and a little gift shopping. Great service, food and drinks a little overpriced, and amazing decorations as usual. "Rock shop" is quite spacious and organized here, one of the best even with a limited item variety.
My drink was Strawberry Basil Lemonade, pretty decent in flavor and with chunks of real strawberry (a little hard to get out because of the enormous amount of ice, though). Good flavor anyway
